We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time.

 

  1. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase goods from us.

An order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation or dispatch notification.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse delivery
  • Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

 

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

VAT will be added where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless you hold an approved trade credit account.

We may use third-party payment providers for secure payment processing.

 

  1. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may:

  • Request additional identification
  • Delay dispatch for verification
  • Refuse delivery to alternative addresses
  • Cancel suspicious transactions

 

  1. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

You must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of:

  • Damage
  • Shortages
  • Incorrect items

within 48 hours of delivery.

Failed deliveries or missed pallet deliveries may incur additional charges.

Kerbside delivery may apply for large or palletised goods.

 

  1. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Unless exemptions apply, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Returned goods must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in resalable condition
  • Include original packaging where possible

Refunds will usually be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Certain items may be non-returnable including:

  • Special order items
  • Customised products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Used gas cylinders
  • Perishable or safety-sensitive goods

 

  1. Returns

Returns must be authorised by us in advance.

We reserve the right to charge:

  • Collection fees
  • Restocking fees
  • Repackaging costs

where appropriate.

Business customers do not automatically have cancellation rights.

All Vented and Unvented Cylinders we supply are bespoke made and a £55 collection fee and 25% restocking charge will be applied

Qualitex Bathroom Materials a 20% restocking fee will be applied

 

  1. Title and Ownership

Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to recover goods supplied.

 

  1. Warranties and Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud
  • Any rights which cannot legally be excluded

Subject to this:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • We are not liable for loss of profits, business or revenue
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied

Consumers retain all statutory rights.
