Tempest Solar 300LTR Unvented Direct Cylinder

Telford Tempest Solar cylinder is produced from recyclable Duplex 2304 stainless steel; as much as 90% of post service life steel is converted into prime stainless products.

Until recently reserved for use in chemical and oil refinery processes, the corrosion resistant properties of Duplex are greater than those afforded by other grades of stainless steel used in today's water tanks.

Telford are so confident of the construction that they have given all of their Tempest Stainless Steel Solar cylinder bodies a lifetime warranty.

So whichever way you look at it Duplex 2304 makes the Tempest Solar far superior.

Cylinder Body
Duplex 2304 Stainless Steel.
Domes are precision manufactured and welded to the body, producing a strong and reliable vessel.

Outer Casing
Mild steel with white plastic coated finish and corrosion resistant base. Wipe clean finish.
Thermal Installation Rigid polyurethene foam - CFC + HCFC free.

Primary Coil
22mm continuously wound coil, suitable for pumped systems only.

Immersion Heater
Supplied with all models, comes with two as standard on direct cylinders. Long life incoloy, low noise element. Titanium Immersion Heaters can be purchased at an additional cost.
