POLYPLUMB OVERLAY + OVERLAY LITE

Overlay TM
Installed over the existing floor and only 18mm in depth, Overlay TM allows floor heating to be installed where traditional underfloor systems would either require expensive excavation or would require the floor to be raised to an unacceptable level. Overlay TM is a dense fibrous panel used for heavyweight floor coverings such as ceramics and solid wood which can both be fitted and secured directly to the panels.

Overlay Lite TM
Overlay Lite TM is high compressive strength lightweight insulated panel used for lightweight floor coverings like laminate, engineered wood, carpet etc. Easy handling and cutting makes it ideally suited to larger areas and multiple room installations. Overlay TM systems use a 12mm pipe at 150mm pipe centres and provide excellent response times and heat output and are ideal for both traditional heating systems and low temperature renewable systems. Overlay Lite TM uses the same End Returns, Pipe and Adaptors as Overlay TM.
